3. Intellectual property
3.1. Site content
All elements of the Service (architecture, design, text, logos, graphics, illustrations, video, audio, question bank and corrections, pedagogical algorithms, source code) are the exclusive property of the publisher or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark law, and where applicable database rights.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, or full or partial exploitation without prior written authorisation from the publisher is prohibited and may constitute infringement.
3.2. Erudiam trademark
The name "Erudiam" and its logo are the property of the publisher.
3.3. EPSO and the European Union
Erudiam is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO), the European Commission, or any other institution of the European Union. Trademarks, logos, and references to European competitions (AD5, AST, etc.) belong to their respective holders and are mentioned for descriptive and reference purposes only.
4. Terms of use
Use of the Service is governed by the Terms of Service available at

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy available
at /legal/privacy.
Cookies and trackers are described in the Cookie Policy available at
/legal/cookies.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" as an educational tool for preparing European Union competitions. The publisher uses reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date with EPSO announcements but does not guarantee success in the competition or the exhaustive accuracy of questions or answers. EPSO's official publications remain the authoritative source.
6. Mediation and dispute resolution
For any complaint, users may write to contact@erudiam.com.
Consumers may refer the matter, free of charge, to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (SPF Économie / FPS Economy): https://mediationconsommateur.be, after first sending a written complaint that has not received a satisfactory reply.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
As the publisher is established in Belgium, this legal notice is governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers residing in another EU Member State (who may bring action before the courts of their state of residence).
