No. EPSO states that a candidate may apply in one field only.

What experience do you need for the AD7 ICT competition?

Five to seven years of relevant experience depending on the length of a degree related to the field; nine years (eight in data science) with a three-year degree in another field.

The demographic ageing of developed countries results from the combination of two dynamics: the continuous lengthening of life expectancy and the persistent fall of fertility below the replacement threshold.
