Where do the successful candidates work?

EPSO displays Luxembourg as the place of employment, and as recruiting institutions the Court of Justice, the European Court of Auditors, the Commission and the European Parliament.

Does the competition include an assessment centre or an oral test?

No. Since the 2023 EPSO reform, the assessment centre and oral tests have disappeared from the selection; the interview comes after the reserve list.

The demographic ageing of developed countries results from the combination of two dynamics: the continuous lengthening of life expectancy and the persistent fall of fertility below the replacement threshold.
