No. Neither EU knowledge nor digital skills: those tests only exist for the AD5 generalist competition. Specialist notices rest on reasoning and a field-specific MCQ.
A test unique to each cycle, covering the recruited field (audit, ICT, data, taxation...); it determines the final ranking of candidates who pass the reasoning filter.
